  In the beginning stages, Sean asked the right kind of questions to find out what kind of theme and functions I wanted to have in a website. Being a teacher himself, Sean also made valuable contributions throughout the process. In just a short time, Sean drew up with a three-stage work plan, including a time line, interval specific objectives, and a budget for each stage. Outlining these steps gave me a sense of confidence in the project. At each point, I was able to see exactly what Sean was doing, and I was able to give him feedback in order to make any necessary changes.
